Everything a new practice needs, in plain language.

Six pieces of work. Each one described the same way: what it is, why it matters to you, and exactly what you end up holding.

01

National Provider Identifier registration

What it is

A registration with the federal provider registry that gives you a permanent ten digit number. We file it, confirm it, and make sure the details match your licence and your business records.

Why it matters to you

Insurance companies will not accept a without this number, and a mismatch between it and your other records is one of the most common reasons an application is sent back.

What you receive

  • Your active provider number, in writing
  • A registry record that matches your licence and business filings exactly
  • Any additional provider numbers needed for a group practice
02

Tax Identification Number setup

What it is

The federal tax number that identifies your practice as a business, filed with the correct entity type and legal name.

Why it matters to you

Banks, insurance companies and payroll all ask for this number before they will open anything. Filing it under the wrong entity type is painful to unwind later.

What you receive

  • Your Tax Identification Number confirmation letter
  • Guidance on the entity type that fits how you intend to practise
  • Consistent legal name and address across every downstream form
03

Business bank account setup

What it is

A business account prepared to receive payments from insurance companies electronically, with the paperwork banks ask for already assembled.

Why it matters to you

Practices routinely lose weeks here because the bank asks for a document the practice does not have yet. Money also cannot reach you until this account exists and is registered with each insurance company.

What you receive

  • A business account opened and verified
  • with each insurance company
  • Direct deposit instead of paper cheques from day one
04

Insurance payer credentialing

What it is

The review each insurance company runs on you: licence, education, work history, malpractice coverage and references.

Why it matters to you

is where the months go. Every insurance company wants the same facts in a different shape, and one missing date restarts the clock.

What you receive

  • A single verified profile we reuse for every insurance company
  • Licence, education and coverage evidence collected once
  • A dated record of what was sent, to whom, and when
05

Enrollment across insurance companies

What it is

Submitting your approved profile to each insurance company so your practice joins its network and its payment systems.

Why it matters to you

Approval alone does not get you paid. is the step that connects you to the money, and we submit these applications in rather than one at a time.

What you receive

  • Every application filed and tracked to a decision
  • Corrections handled for you when something is returned
  • A live status list you can read in the client portal
06

Going live and getting paid

What it is

Testing your billing path end to end and submitting your first real through a .
